ROC Animal Training & Behavior
This class will be a drop in workshop, meaning you can schedule as your schedule allows instead of committing to 6 weeks in a row! In this class, you will learn about the basic concepts in searching for odor, how to handle odor, how to place hides, and how to teach your dog the importance of odor obedience. You will also learn how to make the search for scent extremely important to your dog. Your dog must have completed Basic Manners or pass an evaluation before signing up.
In this 1 hour workshop you and your dog will learn the different steps to working on an amazing recall. We will work outdoors in a low distracting area. You will need to have a 10-20ft long line for your dog. You will want to bring toys, high value treats and a blanket or mat for your dog to lay on. Dogs need to be people and dog friendly to be in this class. Click on picture to see available times and enroll online.
In this 1.5 hour workshop you and your dog will learn the different steps to working on keeping your dog from jumping on you, guests and furniture. Dogs must have had at least one group class in the past and be dog and people friendly. No reactive dogs for this class.
